Classic Lemon Bars

You'll need: Unsalted butter & salt All-purpose flour Powdered sugar Eggs Granulated sugar Lemon juice & zest Baking powder

Cream together butter, powdered sugar, and flour to form a dry, crumbly dough.

Pat firmly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 18–22 minutes, until light brown around the edges.

Whisk together the filling: eggs, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, flour, and baking powder.
