Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

You'll need: Cream cheese Butter Sugar Vanilla Flour Baking powder Salt Chocolate chips

Place the butter, cream cheese, and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer.  Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and beat to combine.

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat just until combined, then add the chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then place scoops of dough onto cookie sheets.

Add more chocolate chips to the top, if you'd like. Then bake for 10–12 minutes at 350°F.

Tips for this recipe: - Bring the butter and cream cheese to room temperature before starting. - Leave enough time for the dough to chill in the fridge.
