Start by slicing the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
Then, separate each roll from the others.
I find it easier to separate the rolls now rather than when they're hot and gooey.
Top each roll with a couple slices of ham (however much you want) and sliced cheese.
I used Swiss cheese, but colby jack or provolone are really good here, too.
In a small bowl, combine the butter, onion powder, Dijon, and worcestershire sauce.
Mix well and pour over the sandwiches.
Top the sandwiches with the poppy seeds.
Cover the sandwiches and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F, then uncover and bake for another 5 minutes.
The sandwiches will be slightly golden brown on the top and on the bottom from the butter. YUM!
Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy while warm.
