You'll need:
Ice cream sandwiches
Caramel sauce
Chocolate syrup
Whipped topping
A chocolate bar
Start by placing a single layer of ice cream sandwiches into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
You may need to cut the sandwiches to fit.
Top the ice cream sandwiches with a layer of caramel sauce.
(I used a jar of caramel ice cream topping.)
Then, spread the whipped topping on top.
Use a vegetable peeler to shave a chocolate bar (I used Hershey's) into curls.
A room temperature bar will yield longer curls, a chilled bar will yield shorter curls.
Top the whipped topping with the chocolate curls. Freeze for 2 hours, then cut into slices and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
