Use blueberries, raspberries, and Rainier cherries to create a festive flag design on top of a light & airy pavlova.

You'll need a stand mixer or a hand mixer to create the pavlova, made with egg whites, sugar, lemon zest, and cream of tartar.
The pavlova is baked in a low oven until crispy on the outside and marshmallow-like in the center.
Then it's layered with whipped cream. Then the fruit!
