You'll need: Corn (fresh or frozen) Cream cheese Butter Milk Jalapeño Garlic salt

First, dice the jalapeño.  If you'd like a mild dip, remove the seeds and membranes. If you prefer spicy, keep some of the seeds!

Place the cream cheese, butter, milk, and diced jalapeño in a saucepan.  Heat until the cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.

Take off the heat and  stir in the corn. Transfer to a greased  8x8 inch dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until hot throughout.  Garnish with chives or parsley, and serve with butter crackers and carrot sticks.
