Ingredients: – 1 lb ground beef – 1 lb Velveeta – 2 (15 oz) cans chili (no beans) – To serve: tortilla chips
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, breaking it up as you cook it. Drain with a colander.
Place the cooked ground beef, Velveeta, and chili in a crockpot. Tip: you can use homemade chili instead of canned if you'd like!
Cook on high for 1 hour, or on low for 2 hours. Stir and reduce the crockpot to the warm setting. Serve straight from the crockpot!
You can also transfer it to another serving dish. I like pairing it with blue corn tortilla chips (these are from Aldi).
Enjoy!
