Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

These decadent cookies are so chocolatey and gooey!

Cookie ingredients: Flour Butter Sugar Cocoa powder Milk Egg Vanilla Baking soda & salt

Topping ingredients: Marshmallows Powdered sugar Cocoa powder Butter Milk Salt

Cream the butter and sugar together, then add the egg and vanilla. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to form a dough.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, and bake at 350°F for 8 minutes. Top each cookie with half a large marshmallow, and bake for 3 more minutes.

While the cookies cool, beat together the butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, salt, and milk. The frosting will be runnier than usual—that's a good thing!
