Creamy Potato Soup

You'll need: Russet potatoes Onion Celery Bacon Milk Salt & pepper

Place the potatoes, onion, celery, salt, and pepper in a large saucepan with 2 cups of water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the bacon on a sheet pan, and bake at 400°F until crispy. This will take 20–30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the bacon.

Transfer the potato mixture to a blender and blend just until smooth. Stir in the milk, ladle into bowls, and top with bacon.  For the full recipe, click  "Get the recipe" below!
