Crockpot Pork Chops

Ingredients: – 4 bone-in pork chops  – ¾ t. salt – 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup – ¼ cup ketchup – 1 T. worcestershire sauce

Place the soup, ketchup, and worcestershire sauce in a crockpot. Stir to combine. Season the chops with salt and coat with the sauce.

Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours. The pork chops are done when the meat is easily cut with a fork and falls off the bone.

Serve over rice,  egg noodles, or  mashed potatoes.
