Easy Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients: – 2 tablespoons butter – ⅔ cup evaporated milk – 1¼ cup sugar – ¼ teaspoon salt – 2 cups mini marshmallows – 1½ cups chocolate chips – 1 teaspoon vanilla – For the top: sprinkles

Place the butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan.  Place over medium heat and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Take the pan off the heat and stir in the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until the mixture is completely smooth.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and use an offset spatula to smooth the top.

Top with sprinkles or other candy as desired. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then cut into squares and serve. 

The fudge is best kept in the refrigerator.  It will keep there for up to 3 weeks (if you don't eat it first!).
