You'll need corn on the cob, red pepper, bacon, fresh herbs, and green onions for the salad. For the dressing, you'll need olive oil, vinegar, honey,  and salt.

Start by removing the husk and silk from the corn. Grill the corn until tender, about 4–5 minutes over medium heat (turn occasionally).

While the corn is on the grill, cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp.  Use a sharp knife to remove the corn kernels from the cobs, and crumble the bacon.

In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, bacon, red pepper, fresh herbs, oil, vinegar, honey, and salt.  Stir and serve!
