Italian Breakfast Sausage

You'll need: Ground pork Red wine vinegar Sage, fennel seeds, and garlic Crushed red pepper Dried thyme & dried basil Brown sugar Salt Olive oil & butter for frying

Mix all the ingredients together gently in a large bowl. Form into small patties, and fry in the olive oil and butter.

This will take 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
