You'll need:
Butter
Salt
Marshmallows
Lucky Charms (the St. Patrick's Day edition)
Melt the butter and marshmallow in a large pot over medium heat. Stir and add a pinch of salt to balance out the sweetness.
Mix in the Lucky Charms, and pat into a 9x9 inch dish lined with parchment paper.
I use a plastic baggie coated with cooking spray to pat the mixture down.
Cut into squares and serve. You can also wrap them in plastic wrap or cellophane bags for sharing.
