Mexican Rice

You'll need: Long grain white rice Canola oil Roma tomatoes Garlic Salt Goya seasoning (the orange packet)

Place the tomatoes, garlic, and ¾ cup of water in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a measuring cup. You should have about 1 cup.

Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Sauté the rice for one minute.  Add the tomato mixture, 3 cups of water, and half of a packet of Goya seasoning (the orange one).

Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.  For the full recipe, click  "Get the recipe" below!
