Easy Pepperoni Rolls
These easy Pepperoni Rolls are the perfect hot appetizer for a party. Serve with marinara for dunking!

You'll need: Pizza dough (either fresh or from a tube) Pepperoni Mozzarella Dried oregano Egg Marinara sauce
Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle. Then, top with a layer of pepperoni, a layer of mozzarella, and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
Cut the dough into strips. I use the pepperoni as a guide for the width—about 1.5 inches.
Roll the strips into pinwheels, and place on a baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg to make the tops shiny.
