You'll need: Deli corned beef Sauerkraut Thousand Island dressing Mayonnaise Swiss cheese Rye chips

Drain the sauerkraut well in a colander.  Use a spatula to press any liquid out of it (otherwise the dip will be runny!).

In a large bowl, stir together the drained sauerkraut, corned beef, mayo, Thousand Island dressing, and part of the Swiss cheese.

Transfer to a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining Swiss cheese. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
