Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1½ teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 egg ¼ cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons orange zest  ¾ cup orange juice ¾ cup sugar 1¼ cup chopped rhubarb ½ cup pecans

Stir together muffin ingredients, and divide between 12 greased muffin cups.

Squeeze ¼ cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, and 3 tablespoons cold butter together in a small bowl until pea-sized lumps form. Stir in the pecans. Sprinkle over muffin batter.

Bake the muffins at 375°F for 20–25 minutes.
