Place the cake mix, sugar, eggs, oil, and sour cream in the bowl of a stand mixer.
Mix on medium speed until combined.
A hand mixer works for this, too.
Combine the brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
This will go on top of the cake and in the middle.
Sprinkled half of the pecan mixture into a greased bundt pan, then half the cake batter.
Repeat with the remaining pecan mixture and remaining cake batter.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
Let cool for 20 minutes, then invert onto a cooling rack.
Mix together the powdered sugar and milk, and pour over the top.
Cut into slices and serve.
