Follow these easy steps to make the flakiest biscuits!

Ingredients: – ½ cup unsalted butter – 2½ cups all-purpose flour – 1 tablespoon baking powder – 1 teaspoon kosher salt – 1 cup buttermilk
Freeze the butter for 30 minutes. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Grate the butter using a box grater.
Toss the butter with the flour mixture gently to combine. Then, pour in the buttermilk and mix until just combined.
Pat the dough into a 2-inch high rectangle. Fold in half, and roll out into another 2-inch high rectangle. Repeat 2 more times.
Roll the final rectangle into 8x6x1 inches (1 inch high). Cut the dough into 12 biscuits using a knife.
Refrigerate the biscuits for 30 minutes. Then, bake at 425°F for 10–14 minutes.
