You'll need: Granny Smith apples Peanuts Crushed pineapple Whipped topping Sugar Egg Flour Vinegar

Press the liquid out of the crushed pineapple. Then, chop the apples and toss them with the pineapple juice.

Whisk together the vinegar, egg, flour, and sugar until smooth.

Use a spatula to fold in the drained pineapple, the peanuts, and the whipped topping.

Pat the apple dry with a clean kitchen towel. This is key to the salad not getting watery from too much liquid!
