You'll need: Fresh tomatoes Apple cider vinegar Sugar Salt Fresh thyme

Combine all ingredients in a large pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

Cook for 40–50 minutes, or until the tomato mixture is thick.  It'll continue to thicken  as it cools.

Store it in the refrigerator, and spoon it over bratwursts, Italian sausages, burgers, grilled chicken, grilled fish, and more!
