Tuna Noodle Casserole

You'll need: Egg noodles (or pasta of your choice) Tuna Cream of mushroom soup Milk Salt  Potato chips

Start by placing the potato chips in a resealable plastic bag. Pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until smashed.  Tip: use jalapeño potato chips if you like a little spice!

Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well.

Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk. You can use cream of chicken or cream of celery soup instead of mushroom, if you'd like.

Place the noodles into a baking dish, followed by the tuna, then the mushroom soup mixture.  Top with the crushed potato chips.
