Italian Marinated Mushrooms

You'll need: Mushrooms Onions Italian dressing mix Olive oil Vinegar 

Use a damp paper towel to wipe any dirt off the mushrooms. Then, cut into quarters if they're large, and into halves if they're small.

Combine the Italian dressing mix with the olive oil and vinegar. Then, cut the onions into thin rings.

Place the mushrooms and onions in a large bowl, then pour the Italian dressing over the top. Stir to combine. Or, place a lid on the bowl and shake to combine.

Refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight. The mushrooms and onions will soften, and then they are ready to eat.  For the full recipe, click  "Get the recipe" below!
