Marinated Pork Loin Roast

You'll need: Pork loin rosat Soy sauce White wine Garlic Mustard powder Dried thyme Dried ginger

Place the marinade ingredients and the pork roast in a large resealable plastic bag.  Marinate for at least 8 hours, or up to 24 hours.

Place the pork roast in a roasting pan, and bake at 325°F for 2–2.5 hours.
