Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Pie

You'll need: Pie crust Sweet potatoes Evaporated milk Butter Egg Vanilla Sugar Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice

Bake the sweet potatoes in a 350°F for 1 hour, or until soft. Peel and mash with an electric mixer (or use a potato ricer for a super smooth pie).

Add the evaporated milk, melted butter, sugar, spices, vanilla, and egg. Mix to combine.

Place the pie dough in a 9-inch pie plate.  Crimp or flute the edges.
