Pork Chops and Rice

You'll need: Thick-cut pork chops Condensed french onion soup Rice Butter Salt & pepper

Whisk together the french onion soup, rice, and water.  Pour into a 13x9-inch casserole dish, cover, and bake for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, sear the pork chops in butter, just until golden brown on the outside.

Remove the casserole dish from the oven and add the pork chops.  Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the pork reaches 145°F.
