Pumpkin Apple Bread

You'll need: Pumpkin purée Apples Sugar Oil Eggs Butter Salt Flour Cinnamon, nutmeg & allspice Baking soda 

Whisk together the oil, sugar, eggs, and pumpkin.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg.

Gently stir the flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture, then stir in the chopped apples.  I like using Granny Smith apples for this recipe—the tartness complements the sweetness of the bread nicely.

In a separate bowl, stir together the streusel ingredients (flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter).  Divide the batter between two loaf pans and top with the streusel.

Bake for 55–65 minutes at 350°F, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.  For the full recipe, click  "Get the recipe" below!
