No-Bake Raspberry Pie

You'll need: Graham cracker crust Raspberries Gelatin Sugar Lemon juice Heavy cream

Sprinkle the raspberries with sugar and place in a colander. Let sit for one hour to allow the berries to release some of their juices.

Place the raspberry juice, plus water and lemon juice in a saucepan and heat until warm. Meanwhile, dissolve the gelatin in cold water.

Stir the gelatin into the raspberry juice mixture. Pour the raspberries into the pie crust, then top with the gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until firm.

Whip the heavy cream with some sugar until soft peaks form.  Spread the whipped cream over the raspberries in the pie crust.
