Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake
Enjoy that summer zucchini in a moist and tender chocolate cake! This old fashioned recipe is topped with chocolate chips for plenty of chocolate flavor.

You'll need: Zucchini Chocolate chips Butter & vegetable oil Sugar Eggs Buttermilk Vanilla Cocoa powder Flour Baking powder & baking soda Salt
Grate the zucchini on the medium holes of a box grater. Do not drain the zucchini. You can also use a food processor to grate the zucchini.
Place the butter, sugar, and oil in a large bowl. Beat on high until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Alternate adding the buttermilk and the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt). Fold in the grated zucchini.
Pour the cake batter in a greased 13x9-inch pan. Top with the chocolate chips. Bake for 30 minutes at 325°F.
