This summery fresh peach salsa is a fun way to jazz up pork chops. It's also delicious over grilled chicken, pork tenderloin, salmon, tilapia, or any white fish!
Preheat a grill over medium high heat. Sprinkle the pork chops with kosher salt and black pepper. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side, or until no longer pink.
Meanwhile, place the diced peaches, diced onion, diced jalapeño, basil, and lemon juice in a medium sized bowl. Stir gently to combine. Season with kosher salt.
Place pork chops on a serving platter. Spoon fresh peach salsa over the top and serve.

Love spice? Instead of removing them, keep the seeds of the jalapeño in the salsa for a fiery kick!Instead of the basil, you can substitute fresh parsley or fresh cilantro instead.Nectarines work well in this recipe, instead of peaches, if you wish!
