Ready-to-Roll Dough. For the apples, they recommend a mix of Empire, Cortland, Golden Delicious, and Jonathan. I would add Granny Smith apples to the list, too!
If Ready-to-Roll Dough is not available in your area, a homemade pie crust would work here. I haven't tested it with any other store-bought pie crusts, but I would imagine that they would work.
