chopped
Instructions
Place the apple cider/apple juice, water, and sea salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat and stir in the couscous. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Meanwhile, place the pecans, scallions, and chopped apple to a medium bowl.
Stir in the couscous once its cooked. Serve warm, cold, or at room temperature.
Notes
Toasted almonds or toasted walnuts would be delicious in this recipe, too!
