Caramel Apple Dip
This easy dip takes just 5 minutes to make!
- 1 cup brown sugar (light brown or dark brown is fine)
- 1 stick butter
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pinch sea salt
- To serve: apple slices
Place the butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan.
Place the pan over medium heat and let cook until the sugar has dissolved, whisking occasionally.
Take the pan off the heat and add the sweetened condensed milk and salt. Whisk to combine.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with apple slices.
