¼lb(4 oz) deli roast beef, thinly sliced and chopped finely
½medium yellow onion,finely chopped
1teaspoonpoppy seeds
1teaspoondried dill
¼teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Stir to combine.
Refrigerate dip for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
Notes
You can substitute two teaspoons of finely chopped fresh dill in place of the dried dill, if you'd like.Any type of deli roast beef is fine—just make sure it is sliced relatively thinly.
