Ranch Oyster Crackers

These easy seasoned crackers are perfect for topping soups or chili, or just enjoying on their own for a snack!

Ingredients
  

  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 (9 oz) package oyster crackers
  • 1 (1 oz) package ranch salad dressing mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250°F. Place the vegetable oil in a large bowl. Stir in the dill, garlic salt, and ranch dressing mix. Stir in the oyster crackers, and toss gently to combine.
  • Spread the oyster crackers onto a large sheet pan, and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden.
  • Serve on their own as a snack, or on top of soup or chili.

Notes

You can substitute 2 tablespoons of fresh dill in place of the dried dill. 
Don't have vegetable oil? Use olive oil or even melted butter instead.
