Ingredients

For the blue layer:

1 package berry blue gelatin (3 oz)
1 cup boiling water
1 can blueberry pie filling

For the white layer:

1 package lemon gelatin (3 oz)
1 cup boiling water
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip

For the red layer:

1 package cherry gelatin (3 oz)
1 cup boiling water
1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

Spray a 13x9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
Dissolve the berry blue gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in the blueberry pie filling.

Pour into the prepared dish. Refrigerate until set, about two hours.
Dissolve the lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add the cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream or Cool Whip.

Spread over the blue layer. Refrigerate until set.
Dissolve the cherry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in the cherry pie filling.
1 package cherry gelatin (3 oz), 1 cup boiling water, 1 can cherry pie filling
Spread over the lemon layer. Refrigerate until set.
Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Be sure to leave enough time for the layers to set (about two hours per layer) so they don't run together!

You can make this up to two days ahead. Any leftovers will keep in the fridge for about one week. This dessert does not freeze well.
